About Wholesale Lending Transaction Cycle:
This transaction cycle supports the transformation of the Wholesale Lending business which covers Syndicated Lending, Portfolio Management and Corporate Lending. The core business aim is to maximise ROE through increased revenue, reduction in RWA, and reductions in cost. We aim to consolidate and upgrade existing infrastructure to eliminate remediation efforts, support risk weighted assets (RWA) reduction strategies by improving data quality and MIS for decision making, decommission 70% of applications, and provide a consistent end to end processing platform for the business. This will improve client experience through a simplified customer journey, self service capabilities and will reduce cycle times and cost to serve.
